Elmbrook Historical Society
United States Quilt Auction!
Quilter Judy Hurst donated to the Elmbrook Historial Society a beautiful quilt of the United States to auction as a fundraiser. Each of the 50 states has an individual block with the state name, shape, bird, flower and date of admission into the Union.
You may see the quilt on display at the Brookfield City Hall, 2000 N Calhoun Rd, WI until Thursday, May 1, 2014.

From Friday, May 2 until Sunday, May 4, the quilt will be on display at the Dousman Stagecoach Inn and Museum, 1075 Pilgrim Parkway, Brookfield, WI. On-site written bids will be accepted during the Civil War Encampment on Saturday, May 3 and Sunday, May 4. Bids may be submitted until 4:00 pm, May 4, the last day of the Civil War Encampment. At 4:00 pm on May 4, the bids will be tabulated and the winner announced.
Opening bid is $500, need not be present to win.
Winner will be notified by phone or mail.
